Beibs celebrated Valentine’s Day early this past Monday by making the dream of a 6-year-old girl battling cancer come true. And Avalanna Routh‘s mother was more than willing to tell E! News about her girl’s special day and just how thankful she was.

“Avalanna had a wonderful time, meeting with Justin in New York. Justin is charming and interacted beautifully with Avalanna—it was our pleasure to meet with him,” Aileen Roberts Routh told us.

“The meeting with Justin came about through a Facebook page and social media initiative and it all happened within a week…such a fun whirlwind week.”

Avalanna was diagnosed with ATRT—Atypical Teratoid Rhabdoid Tumor, a rare brain tumor—at just nine months old and “has fought this cancer bravely, since then. Avalanna continues to fight this aggressive disease with grace and humor.

Our family believe strongly in the need to shine a bright light on this rare pediatric cancer—ATRT. We work, tirelessly to find funding to assist the Dana Farber researchers, in funding the cure of this deadly disease. For more information & a chance to fund a cure, please visit www.cureatrt.org.”

Justin Bieber might be singing hooks like a G6 in the very near future. Super-producer RedOne told MTV News that he recently hit the studio with the teen star, and it involved dance-floor phenoms Far East Movement.

“The Bieber thing, I don’t know if I’m allowed to mention it right now, but … I did a few songs with Far East Movement, and one of the songs … to me, it’s a smash,” he told us in his Los Angeles-area recording studio. “And Justin sang the chorus. It’s a really good song, and I think people are gonna dance like crazy to it.”

While any other details about the project are top-secret, Red did praise the 17-year-old’s work ethic, maturity and musicality. “He’s very positive and he’s an amazing singer,” he said. “Amazing everything! He’s Justin Bieber. He’s a sensation. I think he’s becoming a man with his voice. He’s an incredible singer. So it’s not just the dance or the looks or the ‘Justin’ factor. He’s a real singer musician … He’s a real artist.”

Justin Bieber just announced that Far East Movement‘s new single “Live My Life,” on which he lends his vocals, will be released on iTunes one week from today — Feb. 28! “So next week is my birthday and maybe a week from today i might be on a song called #LiveMyLife on ITUNES,” he tweeted. “Maybe.”

A snippet of “Live My Life” was played by LMFAO on Feb. 13 at Marquee Las Vegas, and we can’t wait to hear the full version.
